As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinochem Group, it has been recognized as an "Advanced Environmental Protection Unit in China's Petroleum and Chemical Industry during the 12th Five-Year Plan" and the "2015 Energy Efficiency Leader Benchmark Enterprise (Crude Oil Processing)."The company has an annual crude oil processing capacity of 12 million tons, with 19 refining units including atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking, polypropylene, and diesel hydrotreating, along with supporting utilities, terminal storage, and transportation facilities. It achieves "domestically leading and internationally first-class" standards in seven areas: safety and environmental protection, product quality, energy consumption, process technology, unit scale, process integration, and market adaptability of diesel-to-gasoline ratio.Its products include over 20 varieties such as various grades of gasoline, diesel, polypropylene, liquefied petroleum gas, jet fuel, asphalt, and petroleum coke. Among these, gasoline and diesel meet Euro V standards, while all other products meet premium quality standards.In the future, Sinochem Quanzhou plans to develop into a world-class energy industrial base integrating refining, chemical production, and storage, with an annual capacity of 30 million tons of crude oil processing, 2 million tons of ethylene, and 2.5 million tons of aromatics.
